I know that ballroom dancing went on in other years. Mrs Bailey for a start did her best to teach us in the VIth form around 1963, but it wasn't apparently so formalised as to be called a club after the very first and lonely entry in 1952!
Mrs Bailey was a really beautiful person - as indeed is her daughter Angela .....
